Get winemenubuilder working perfectly
A lot of work has gone into winemenubuilder, and it shows, but there are still a few little bugs in XDG menus/desktop shortcuts/file open associations generated by Wine. Most will have to get fixed post Wine 1.2.
Thumbnail .lnk files
When you look at a directory containing .lnk files in Nautilus/Konqueror/Dolphin/Thunar, it ought to show thumbnails like Windows does.
If this works well, maybe consider thumbnailing .exe and others?
USB drivers
Provide infrastructure for Wine's NTOSKRNL to load and use Windows USB drivers.
Still image system
Get Windows TWAIN drivers working on Wine/Linux.
