Running Adobe Framemaker on Wine
Adobe Framemaker is an "industrial strength" word processor, often used for books or product manuals. It's a product with a very long pedigree, stretching back to 1986. Its popularity is waning, yet there are quite a few tech writers attached to it still.
As of Wine-0.9.55, all versions of Framemaker should start properly. 6.x should be solid, 7.x should work, 8 is still rough around the edges. We now need Framemaker users to test Framemaker and report bugs (either in the Wine AppDB or in the Wine bug database). Without real Framemaker users, we won't know where the bugs are (and we won't have the motivation to fix them). So if you want Framemaker to work on Wine, start filing those bug reports!
